Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your location, if higher) and legally able to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are.

2) Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations, suspected fraud, or security risks.

3) Virtual Currency & Purchases

• Virtual currency/items are licences to access in-game features and are not property.
• No exchange for cash or anything of real-world value; no transfers/sales unless we explicitly allow it.
• All purchases are final to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under New Zealand consumer law.

4) Prohibited Conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automated play/bots, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
• Harassment, hate, threats, unlawful content, or infringement of others’ rights.
• Attempting to buy/sell accounts or virtual currency outside authorised channels.

5) Content, UGC, and Intellectual Property

The Service, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. If you submit content (e.g., chat, images, feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, modify, and display it for operating, improving, and promoting the Service. You confirm you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.

6) Availability, Changes, and Termination

We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Service (including game features, virtual currency balances, and events) and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game outcomes are simulated and for entertainment only.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of enjoyment arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable), our liability is limited as permitted by that law.

9) Disputes & Governing Law (New Zealand)

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
